Who gets awarded a full scholarship and why?
We award a limited number of full scholarships to those in the LGBTQ community who are dedicated to growing their businesses and who are willing to commit to spending two amazing days with us. We do our best to always offer at least a partial (70% or more) scholarship.
If I am applying for a full scholarship, why do I have to pay a $100 deposit?
The $100 is to reserve your seat. Events like this tend to fill up pretty quick and we want to make sure that we have a spot for you.
When you arrive at the event there will be a check waiting for you, which means you get to then enjoy the event for free, as our gift to you!
What’s the catch? (Why are you giving so many full and partial scholarships away?)
Over the weekend we will share with you loads of information as well as take you through some transformational exercises that will help you create shifts in your business. We will also take a moment at one point during the weekend to tell you how you might continue working with us if you feel like it is a good fit.
We also feel that this information should be accessible to as many people as possible in our community.
When will you know the exact location of the Summit?
We try to get the venue booked as early as possible and can usually get a location out as early as 6-8 weeks before the event. We always do our events in the bay area and will announce the location no later than 4 weeks before the event begins.
As soon as the location is confirmed, those who have registered will receive an email with the details.
Can I book my airplane reservation right away (to save on airfare)?
Yes you can! Our events are easy to get to from either Oakland or San Francisco Airports.
What are the start and end times for the Be Fabulous/Get Clients Summit?
The summit is from Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 6:30pm. Please bear in mind that live events can be unpredictable, we could go a little late or end a little early.
You will be given time for lunch and several breaks throughout the day.
If I can’t make the entire event, should I still apply for a scholarship?
Since we only have these two days with you we prefer that if you cannot make all two days that you wait until our next event (we do them a few times a year).
What if I sign up and then need to transfer to another date?
We realize that something might come up and cause you to not be able to make it to the event. Your $100 deposit includes a one-time, free transfer to another summit.
Why should I sign up now (if the Summit isn’t happening for several months)?
These events fill up fast, and scholarships get claimed quickly. Besides that you are telling the universe that you are serious about your business and are ready to make some epic changes that will result in you getting more clients and making more money.
We believe that commitment attracts commitment. Even signing up for this event could begin to create a shift in the number of clients you being to attract.
Do you offer a live streaming or home study version of the Be Fabulous/Get Clients Summit?
While some parts of the event might be live streamed on our Facebook page we do not offer a full video streaming of our event. We know that the best results happen when you are there live in person.
Should I wait until I’m finished with my certification/training?
We wish that we had found something like Be Fabulous / Get Clients summit before we were ready to start taking clients. It would have saved us years of struggle and frustration.
If you are still training but will be starting your business in the next 6 months we would love to have you at this event. This could help you get clients immediately when you are ready to start your business.
What if I am just starting my business? Should I wait until I have more experience?
There is a myth that one day we will be “ready”. We are here to tell you that no matter where you are in your business you should still attend this event and get the valuable information that we are going to be teaching.
What if I’ve been in business for years (and I am ready to go to the next level)?
This event is definitely for you too. You will find that the way that we approach “selling” is very unique and often allows people to tap back into the passion that caused them to start their business in the first place.
What if I don’t even know “what I do” yet?
One of our goals before you leave the weekend is to help you figure out exactly what it is you do so that you can share it in a clear and compelling way.
Can I bring a friend, spouse or business partner?
YES! The more the merrier. Please have them fill out the scholarship form as well. This is also a good way for you to create a powerful support system once you leave the event.
Is this event a fit for what I do?
This event IS for you if:
You don’t have clients yet, but you are ready to start
You have clients but want more clients
You have lots of clients but are starting to burn out.
This event is NOT for you if:
You have no interest in being an entrepreneur, business owner, or making more money.
I do not identify as LGBTQ+ can I still attend?
Yes. While our focus is working with the LGBTQ+ community we know that our information could help many people who do not identify a certain way. We do however ask that you respect the judgement free and safe space we are creating if you decide to attend.
